Peach Cobbler in a Mason Jar!

Aren’t these are the cutest ever? I recently discovered peach cobbler, and since it’s peach season, I thought I’d jump on the “in a jar” fad and give it a try. You can find the recipe I used and my first Peach Cobbler attempt here. I used the same recipe this time and divided it between 6 -4oz jars. I filled them about half way with peaches, and then added the cobbler dough on top.

I adjusted the cooking time down to about 20 min, and then checked for golden brown.

I was making them for a sweet family going through a sad time so I added a little twine for decoration, and slipped the lids on for transport, along with a little bowl of freshly whipped cream.

I absolutely LOVE how they turned out. Life can’t always be a party, but even sad days are better with a sweet little treat like this 😉

  3. hello where did you order or buy these mini jars

  4. Hi Sara, I found these years ago, in the US on a little cross boarder shopping trip, at a hardware store. It’s little harder to find the diamond pattern in Canada. I did see them at Creative Bag recently though…and maybe Michaels. Best of luck.
