My First Christmas Ornament of the Season

I might have been listening to Christmas music yesterday…My husband said it was too early for Christmas music, but I said, “it might be too early today, but tomorrow it won’t be!” Halloween is over, and it’s officially okay to start thinking about Christmas -at least in Canada it is ’cause Thanksgiving was ages ago for us. πŸ˜‰ So I’m sharing my newest, and quite possibly my newest favourite Christmas decoration, this sweet little Christmas tree in a cloche. It’s only about 4 inches tall. Small things are so often the cutest things in life.

I was visiting my sister yesterday at her beautiful store, La Petite Fleur. I spotted it and fell in love. I told her I needed one for Christmas, and she confessed that she saw them and ordered them in just because she knew I’d love them and that I’d be receiving one for Christmas. By the end of my visited I had her convinced that I should bring it home with me so that I could enjoy it from now until Christmas instead of waiting. She wrapped it up. Sisters are good that way. πŸ˜‰

She’ll wrap one up for you too if you like, she’ll even ship it to you, just tell her I sent you. πŸ˜‰ Life is a party, and it’s time to start thinking Christmas party, at least just a little!

  1. Whoo-hoo! Let the Christmas fun begin! I too may have been listening to Christmas music yesterday and Sadie happily set out our Christmas village – there are clearly many reasons that we are friends. Love the ornament.

  2. That is so sweet, I really wish I’d come across this before Christmas Day :(. Oh well, next year for certain!
