Sometimes you need a little treat, and this 5p+ Peanut Butter Sundae is just the thing for it. It’s super simple…almost embarrassingly simple, and so yummy, especially for someone on a
diet life-style change.
I first discovered this oh-so easy peanut butter sauce at camp many years ago. It’s so yummy, and honestly could not be simpler to make.
- 1/2 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 tbsp light peanut butter
- Place peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl, and heat until runny. Be careful not to burn it, by starting with 10 sec. and repeating if necessary.
- Drizzle warm peanut butter over the frozen yogurt and enjoy!
