We’ll all short on time these days. But these easy turkey sandwiches with a quick cranberry mayo are really fast to make. And they’re so good!
When we were planning our fall tea party we knew we had to include some turkey sandwiches. And what goes perfectly with turkey? Cranberry. So we made a really quick and easy cranberry mayo to go with it and they were so delicious.
These sandwiches are delicious any time of year, but especially perfect for a fall or even a Christmas tea party. (Remember our Nutcracker tea party?)
These sandwiches would be even better with some leftover roasted turkey, so keep this recipe in mind after Thanksgiving too.
- bread -white or whole wheat
- cranberry sauce
- turkey deli meat
- red leaf lettuce
- First make your cranberry mayo. We used store bought canned cranberry sauce, and mayonnaise. Combine them in a bowl, using half cranberry sauce and half mayo. Stir until completely combined and set aside.
- To make the sandwich, butter your bread and layer several slices of turkey, some red leaf lettuce (or your favourite kind of lettuce) and some cranberry mayo. Slice into trinangles to serve, and enjoy.
There’s nothing like a proper tea party, with little tea sandwiches. These are so quick and easy that they’re easy to make.
