Arrange the regular size jelly donuts as the base of the snowman, with the powdered donut on top, and the donut hole on top as the head.

To make the snowman face, use 2 chocolate chips for eyes, and the Mike and Ike orange candy as the nose. For the scarf use a piece of fruit roll-ups around the snowman's neck. Make the arms from 2 pretzel sticks.

For the top hat use icing to hold together one mini peanut butter cup, and a peppermint pattie and then secure it to the dout snowman's head with more icing. Serve your snowmen on a little snow made from shredded coconut.
