How to Set Up a Crepe Bar
A beautiful self serve crepe bar with vanilla and chocolate crepes and a generous selection of sweet toppings. Perfect for brunch, dinner parties, bridal showers and birthday celebrations.

Vanilla Crepes

Chocolate Crepes

Vanilla Custard
-store bought works fine
Hazelnut Creme or Nutella
Caramel Sauce
Chocolate Sauce

Maple Syrup
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Raspberries
Bananas
-sliced
Sauteed Apples
Slivered Almonds
-toasted
Vanilla Ice Cream
and/or chocolate ice cream

Instructions
Make crepes the day before and refrigerate in airtight container.

Prepare caramel sauce, chocolate sauce , and sauteed apples the day before.

Label vessels with sticky notes and set up bar before guests arrive.
Just before serving reheat crepes in microwave one to two minutes, as well as sauces, and sauteed apples.
Whip the cream and toast the almonds, and wash and slice the fruit, and place in serving bowls.

Set out the rest of the ingredients. Bring out ice cream as crepe bar opens. Let guests serve themselves.

Notes
Vintage china with gold edges cannot go in the microwave.
Reheat food in plain containers first then transfer to pretty serving pieces.
Crepes freeze beautifully for up to two months.
Plan for 2 to 3 crepes per guest.
