Combine the dry ingredients of citric acid and baking soda in a mixing bowl.

In a separate wet ingredients small bowl, combine the olive oil, food colouring, and scented oil.

Slowly add oil mixture to dry mixture until it reaches the consistency of wet sand.

To bring it all together, spray lightly with a small amount of witch hazel.

Pack the bath bomb mixture tightly into the bottom of the mold or plastic Easter egg and add the toy surprise to the middle. Fill the other half of the mold completely and click it together with the toy inside. Let it set for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, open the bath bomb molds or Easter egg and carefully remove the bath bomb. Store these in an dry place, in an airtight container.
