Ingredients

cup
pure maple syrup
candy thermometer
popsicle sticks
fresh clean snow
Instructions
In a small saucepan boil the syrup over medium heat until it reaches 235 degrees on the thermometer.
Pour maple syrup over fresh snow in six lines.
After a few seconds, roll the taffy onto wooden sticks and enjoy!
