1 Small pitcher or jar for maple syrup

Ingredients
8-10heart-shaped waffles homemade or store-bought
3-4hard-boiled eggs, shaped into hearts (see tutorial above)
8-12strips bacon
8-10breakfast sausage
1cupfresh strawberries
1cupfresh raspberries
1cupfresh cherries
1 cupwhipped cream homemade or store-bought
½cupreal maple syrup
¼cupValentine sprinkles
Instructions
Make the heart eggs ahead: Follow the tutorial above to make heart-shaped eggs. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
Cook the proteins: Fry or bake bacon until crispy. Cook sausage according to package directions. Keep warm in a 200°F oven until ready to assemble.
Prepare the waffles: Make heart-shaped waffles using a waffle maker, or cut regular waffles with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Keep warm in the oven with the proteins.Enjoy while the cooked items are still warm.
Prep the fruit: Wash and dry all fresh fruit. Leave strawberry stems on for easy grabbing.
Set up toppings: Fill small bowls with whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries. Pour maple syrup into a small pitcher.
Arrange the board: Place bowls around your board to create a heart-shaped outline. Add waffles and sliced heart eggs as focal points. Arrange bacon and sausage along the edges. Fill gaps with strawberries and raspberries.
