Prepare your butter chicken according to the directions on the sauce. Chop the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Cook the chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon of oil, on a medium-high heat, until cooked through.
Next add the butter chicken sauce, and simmer according to the package directions. To make it more creamy, add heavy cream at the end.
To make the caramelized onions, begin by slicing the onion. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and saute over a medium to low heat. Add 2 tablespoon of brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until the onions are dark and soft, taking care not to burn them.
To assemble the pizzas, place the frozen Naan bread on a baking sheet. Divide the butter chicken between the four Naan breads. Add the caramelized onions, dividing them evenly over the 4 pizzas. Top each pizza with ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake the pizza at 400 in a preheated oven, for about 10 min. until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Before serving top each pizza with chopped fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of yogurt. Enjoy!
