- 1 oz Swiss cheese
- 1 oz marble cheese
- 1 oz Bousin cheese
- 1 tablespoon pate
- 2 slices of summer sausage
- 1 slice prosciutto ham
- 1 wedge of cantaloupe
- 2 slices of baguette
- 2 breadsticks
- 2 crackers
- 2 tablespoon mixed nuts
- 2 olives
- 1 teaspoon caramelized onion and balsamic jam
- 1 teaspoon red pepper jelly
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 5 grapes
- 2 slices of honey crisp apple
- 1 tablespoon dried strawberries
- 2 mini cannolli
- 1 mini cream puff
- 1 chocolate chip and sea salt cookie
- 1 mini chocolate bar
- ¼ cup caramel corn
Instructions
- Make sure items are cut into bite size servings and arrange them on individual boards, grouping savory at one end and sweet at the other. Use mini spoons to serve the jam and jelly.
Notes
Assemble boards right before guests arrive and cover with plastic wrap until it's time to serve.
