Instructions
Brew 2 cups of regular coffee and let it cool in the fridge.
In a blender, combine ice, cream, sugar or sweetener, vanilla and cold coffee.
Blend until smooth and completely combined. Pour into 2 tall glasses and enjoy.
Notes
Make sure your coffee is cold before making this recipe, or the hot coffee will melt the ice and make a watery drink.You can substitute milk for the cream, but the finished drink it will be less rich and creamy.
