Spicy Lime Mayonnaise
¼cupfavorite mayo
1limejuicesqueeze the lime for the juice
1-2teaspoonSriracha hot sauce -to taste
To Make the Sandwich
2French baguettes
150gchicken liver pate
1English cucumbersliced
½bunch fresh cilantro
picked daikon and carrot
grilled Vietnamese pork
Instructions
Vietnamese Grilled Pork
Combine al the ingredients to make a marinade for the pork, and let sit several hours in the fridge, or over night.
To cook, remove from the marinade, and grill on the bbq until done.
Pickled Daikon and Carrot
Combine sugar and vinegar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add carrots and daikon and let sit for several hours or overnight.
Spicy Lime Mayonnaise
To make the mayo, combine the mayo, lime juice and hot sauce.
To Make the Sandwich
Slice baguette in half and spread one side with pate, and the other with spicy lime mayo. Add the grilled pork, cucumber slices, cilantro and picked daikon and carrots. Enjoy!
