Edible flowers such as pansies or violas (optional)
Instructions
Place your bowls on the board first. Add yogurt to a mason jar or small bowl and position it near the center. Add honey to a small bowl with a dipper and peanut butter to a separate small bowl.
3 cups vanilla yogurt, ¼ cup honey, ¼ cup peanut butter
Add the granola directly to the board in a generous mound near the center where it is easy for guests to scoop.
3 cups homemade granola
Arrange your fresh berries on one side of the board. Make sure they are washed and fully dried before adding them to the board. Whole berries work best as they keep the board looking clean and prevent juice from bleeding into everything around them.
1 cup strawberries, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup blackberries
Arrange dried fruit, chocolate chips, and coconut chips on the other side of the board.
½ cup dried mangos, ½ cup dried apricots, ½ cup coconut chips, ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Tuck edible flowers into any remaining spaces as a final flourish.

Notes
Make ahead: Wash and dry your berries the night before and store them in the fridge. The morning of your event all you need to do is assemble.
Food safety: Do not leave yogurt out for more than 60 minutes. Keep the rest refrigerated and refill as needed.
Granola: Our homemade chunky granola holds up beautifully on the board. A good store-bought crunchy granola works well too.
Scaling up: For 10 to 12 guests, double the quantities and use a larger board or add a second smaller board alongside.
Nutrition note: Nutritional information will vary based on the individual parfait each guest builds and the toppings they choose.
