Christmas Tea Party
Christmas Tea Party: tea sandwiches, scones, and lots of Chrsitmas cookies and sweets make the perfect festive get together.
We’re having a great time with our Christmas Activity Advent Calendar, this weekend one of our activities was to have a Christmas Tea Party.
Tea Party Table
For our Tea Party I set the table with a fun runner, and used these adorable mitten plates. It was pink and red and green and perfect. We made hot chocolate as our tea, with Christmas marshmallows, and invited two little girl friends over for some our lunch.
We kept things easy with a few homemade treats, and some from the bakery. It turned out to be delicious!
Menu:
- cucumber sandwiches
- veggies and dip
- cheese and crackers
- scones
- snowflake cookies
- mini cheesecakes
- mini cupcakes
- empire cookies
- brownies
- tea
- hot chocolate and marshmallows
It was a lovely afternoon, and I think it might have to become a new Christmas tradition! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

This would make a FABULOUS Christmas tradition! You did such a nice job on the layout of it all, and the food looks fantastic. The cookies and cupcakes have a VERY Christmas look to them. Who wouldn’t want to munch on something that looks that tasty??? I’ve not seen those little marshmallows around here anywhere. I’ll have to be on the lookout. They’re really cute! Have a happy weekend!
so cute! it definitely should be a new tradition
We did this for the first time with our girls over Christmas and it will now definitely become a tradition as they had such fun. Love the Christmas snow globe as a centre piece!
