Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Sundae
Sometimes you need a little treat, and this 5p+ Peanut Butter Sundae is just the thing for it. It’s super simple…almost embarrassingly simple, and so yummy, especially for someone on a diet life-style change.
I first discovered this oh-so easy peanut butter sauce at camp many years ago. It’s so yummy, and honestly could not be simpler to make.
Peanut Butter Sundae
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 tbsp light peanut butter
Instructions
- Place peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl, and heat until runny. Be careful not to burn it, by starting with 10 sec. and repeating if necessary.
- Drizzle warm peanut butter over the frozen yogurt and enjoy!

I put this together for a mommy treat, but it wasn’t long before my kids were digging in too.
If you’re not counting calories the addition of chopped peanuts, whipped cream and cherry would not be a bad thing.
With treats this yummy, this easy, and this calorie friendly, life really is a party!

Oooooooooo….this looks SO decadent! Will try using almond butter and coconut yoghurt since we have some peanut and dairy allergies at our home! There is NO way I would get away making it without my 3 little “hawkeyes” noticing me in the kitchen….LOL!
Hi Sabrina,
Sounds like a great alternative, enjoy!
