Tomato Basil Bruschetta: easy recipe with only 6 ingredients that you will love. The perfect appetizer or snack.

My mom brought me a basket of beautiful tomatoes from her garden, and I decided to make some yummy homemade tomato basil bruschetta. I thought I’d share it here, since it’s so simple and so delicious. It’s a great way to use up some of those wonderful garden tomatoes this time of year.
She brought me a variety, including some yellow, orange, and heirloom, but you can use whatever you have.
I chopped them, then added about half a small onion finely chopped, a clove of minced garlic, salt and pepper, chopped fresh basil, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, and 2 tbsp. of red wine vinegar.
I really like the little zip of the vinegar, but some people don’t use it, or use balsamic vinegar instead -what ever suits.
This recipe is that simple, just stir and serve over bread toasted with a little olive oil drizzle.
