I wanted to share this pretty spring tablescape with you and some sprint table decor ideas.  

Spring Table Ideas

Now is the perfect time of year to gather some spring flowering branches and set a pretty table for spring entertaining.  I love how this table turned out and thought it might be fun to share a few ideas for your own spring tables.

Pink

I’m a big fan of pink and it’s especially perfect this time of year.   I like it mixed with lots of neutrals so it’s not too sweet.  Here I’ve used pink in the napkins -un-ironed for a rustic feel, and the large pink glass vase.  I’ve added touches with the flowers or cupcakes too.

Marble

We’ve seen lots of marble in home accessories over the last while.

 I’ve added some marble to this table with these fun marble enamelware tin plates.  I love the pattern they bring to the table and the black and white is perfect.

Statement Cutlery

If you’re a regular reader of mine, you know how much I love this trend toward statement cutlery.  It really is like jewelry for the table.  We’ve seen gold, copper, black, and a mix of all of them.  This white and gold cutlery has to be some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.  It has the perfect weight, and as soon as you feel it in your hand you feel the craftsmanship.  It’s also available in pink.  Be still my heart.  It’s an investment to be sure, but if cutlery is your thing… it is a truly beautiful set.

Mix of Rustic with Luxury

I love the mix of the rustic frayed linen on the table and even the enamel plates, and the informality of no table-cloth  juxtaposed to the luxurious glassware with gold accents.  Don’t be afraid to really mix and match, because it adds interest and depth to a tablescape.

Brass and Gold

We’ve see the rise of gold and brass metals in home decor the last few years and it’s still going strong.  I’ve included a pretty brass candle on this table.  The gold cutlery and gold on the glasses adds some warm sparkle too.
