Isn’t this the sweetest idea, thrifted teacups used to create a vintage inspired teacup advent wreath. I just love how it turned out and it was so simple to make.
I started out with picking some cute little teacups up at the thrift store, they were .99 cents each. I knew I wanted have a little silver accent to the wreath, so I chose a few teacups with a silver rim. I washed them up and added a number sticker. I love the glitter of the numbers.
Then I filled the cups with some Epson salts so it would look like snow. I added the traditional advent coloured candles of purple and pink. I used an old silver tray and added some fresh greens and a few little glass ornaments. I just love how it turned out.
I was inspired by a photo on Pinterest but couldn’t track down the original source.
Hope you like my version.
Counting down the weeks until Christmas with this sweet vintage inspired teacup advent wreath, really makes life a party.
