This is the perfect, sweet, peachy, end of summer drink. While the peaches are in season, you must try it. I made a batch and enjoyed it with friends on a Sunday afternoon, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Here’s the recipe.
- 1 bottle of white wine -I used Liebfraumilch and it was lovely
- 1/2 cup peach schnapps
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup instant dissolving sugar
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1/2 pint raspberries
- 3 cans ginger ale
1. Mix everything but the ginger ale in a punch bowl, and stir to dissolve the sugar. Let this mixture sit for a few hours.
2. Before serving add the ginger ale, and enjoy!
With a delicious batch of peach sangria, life really is a party!
