A few tips about working with cotton candy. As soon as the cotton candy gets exposed to moisture, even the moisture in the air, it begins to dissolve. So don’t prepare these in advance. Do them last minute, right in front of your guests. Keep that cotton candy in an airtight sealed container right up until you’re ready to use it.
You could also add ice to this drink, to make it on the rocks.
Sprite is the perfect pop to use for the cotton candy drink because it’s clear, and will give you the best blue colour when the cotton candy dissolves.
