Gold Dipped Bottle Vases
DIY Gold Dipped Vases: use old juice bottles and spray paint to create beautiful gold dipped vases. Perfect for entertaining.

These DIY gold vases are easy and inexpensive to make. I love their mini size, but you could use any size glass bottle as the base that you like.
Like so many of you, I’ve fallen hard for gold. But, not wanting to go out and replace every cute thing I own with a gold version, I got a little creative with some bottles.
Materials:
- yoga mini juice bottles
- masking tape
- gold spray paint
The most PERFECT little bottles to use are the Yoga Pear Nectar. The little glass bottles come in a cute little six pack. I found mine at Walmart, for under $3. They are also supper sweet un-painted too. They’re only 4.2 fl oz, and about 12 cm tall.
How To Make A DIY Gold Vase:
1. Start by making sure your bottles, or glass vase are clean. Next use masking tape to off the top section of the bottle. I wanted my bottles to look as though they’d been dipped in paint so I created angled even lines.
2. Spray paint the bottom portion of the vase. Do several light coats to avoid drip marks.
3. After the bottles are dry remove the tape and enjoy!
I made mine all a little different and I love how they look grouped together down the centre of my kitchen table with some simple white tulips in them.
simple + gold = perfect
And the white tulips are adding a little spring to my step too.
With a sweet, inexpensive little diy like this, life really is a party!
